Last week the heavily Republican, usurping California Supreme Court handed down a wicked, unconstitutional, and anti-freedom decision overturning a vote of the people (61%) to ban “gay” “marriage” in that state, there have been renewed efforts to :
Push for a stronger Federal Marriage Ammendment. ( bad plan)
Elect John McCain so that we can get more “conservative” judges on the bench (STUPID plan)

Why can’t we be encouraging lesser magistrates – district judges, county attorneys, sheriffs, county clerks, state legislators, etc. to do with court ordered sodomy marriages, what the Montana Governor is doing regarding Real ID. Defy the higher authorities!

Listen to the March 8, 2008, All Things Considered interview with Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer. It’s only 4 minutes. Both sides of the aisle in Montana joined in unanimous opposition to Chertoff’s little Real ID escapade to deny their privacy and liberty.
Why can’t we make a ‘willingness to defy the court’s immoral intrusions into marriage’ test of candidacy for office? Keep in mind such high court’s have lost their legitimacy and our need to submit to them, when they defy God’s Law so brazenly.
