We picked up some major help this week for the Mississippi Personhood Amendment. AFA is going to start helping get the word out,.However, if we are going to get enough signatures by mid September, and therefore be on the ballot next year, we need to start getting sigantures much more rapidly.
We need this to “go viral”. We need this message to go to as many pro-life Christians as possible as quickly as possible, please help pass the word !
PLEASE write an e-mail giving your personal endorsement and send it to everyone on your list/ post it on blogs/ Facebook/ message boards ASAP.
Please send this to every pro-life Mississippian you know (or think you know) asking them to do the first two items and send to every pro-lifer you know anywhere and ask them to do the last two.
**(don’t worry about them getting it more than once, this will just serve as a reminder . . . however, a personal e-mail with your own title will be more effective than a fowarded message)
In your e-mail/ post please explain why you support it, and why the recipient’s help is urgently needed. I have simply written the last segment/ what to do. I am not entirely pleased with this being economical enough on words, but I wanted to be very thorough and precise on what is needed.

All pro lifers, please help with the Mississippi Personhood Amendment. You can be a big help by simply clicking your mouse.
Mississippi has the opportunity to lead the nation in insuring equal rights to the unborn. 90,000 signatures are needed to put a “Personhood Amendment” on the ballot.
If they are in by Oct. 1, 2009, it will be on the ballot next year — so we must have a sense of urgency. If passed, a challenge to Roe-v-Wade at its heart would be initiated. And, Mississippi would once again honor God; restore the Constitution and rule of Law; and end “legal” abortion in our state.
The first two items can only be done by Mississians, but all pro-lifers can help with the third and fourth
Only Mississippi voters can sign the petition and only Mississippi residents may circulate them, And, again, the 90,000 signatures are needed very quickly. So, we need every pro-life Mississippi Christian to help. The instructions on how you can help are below.
1) If you only able to sign yourself, please do so. Please have every pro-life voter living in your house sign the petition and mail it in immediately (even if there’s only one signature).
Electronic signatures are not legally permitted, so you must print off the form, sign it and mail it in. You must sign it as the circulator and fill out the information fully (leaving the precinct and district blank are acceptable) Please click on this link ). The form must be on legal sized paper, and have the front and back printed. If you cannot get the legal sized form, we can help.
Go to http://www.personhoodmississippi.com/ and then click “Get Involved”. to print the petition. You will notice the back of the Petition is the first thing you see. This is so everyone will know to print front and back
VERY IMPORTANT: This is the official form provided by the Secretary of State and it is the only one that can be used. It must be printed in black & white, two sided, on legal sized paper. If you do not have access to a printer that can do this, your local print shop will be able to print them according to these specifications for you at a very small cost.

2) After you send in the Petition with members of your household, if you would like to get 10 more pro-life Mississippians to sign, or you would like to get your whole church involved, this would be a big help.

4) We know that as we continue to gain momentum, the attacks will come. Both Spiritually and in the form of the tens of millions of dollars the pro-abortion side will pour in here to defeat this.
